Our Virgin Mixed Bed Resin is a premium, industrial-grade ion exchange media designed specifically for professional window cleaners who demand perfection. This high-capacity resin is engineered to strip minerals and total dissolved solids (TDS) from your source water, providing the "final polish" necessary for a streak-free, crystal-clear finish on glass and solar panels.

Unlike regenerated resins, this Virgin Gel-Type resin consists of brand-new, never-used beads, ensuring maximum ion exchange capacity and a longer lifespan.

📦 Storage & Handling Instructions

To maintain maximum ion exchange efficiency and prevent premature degradation, please follow these guidelines:

• Keep it Sealed: Always store resin in an airtight container or its original heavy-duty poly bag. Exposure to air will dry out the beads and allow atmospheric CO2 to deplete the resin's capacity.

• Maintain Moisture: If the resin appears to be drying out, lightly mist it with pure (DI or RO) water. Never let the beads become bone-dry.

• Temperature Control: Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 30°C (40°F – 85°F).

  • Avoid Freezing: Extreme cold can cause the beads to crack.

  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: UV rays and excessive heat will break down the chemical bonds of the resin.

• Shelf Life: While virgin resin has a long shelf life, it is best used within 12–24 months of purchase for optimal results.
