These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products from Washco Supplies, a division of Hicroft Enterprises Inc. (“Washco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing from us, whether online at www.washcosupplies.ca or in-store, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Pricing & Price Match Policy

Washco will match the price of any local competitor’s regular or sale price on in-stock items. We will also beat the price by refunding 10% of the difference.

Exclusions: BE Power Equipment products (tiered pricing model), Special Order items, clearance, and limited-time promotions. Other conditions may apply.

Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Washco does not provide additional warranties. Warranties are non-transferable. Statutory rights under provincial Sale of Goods Acts remain in effect and are not waived.

Washco only sells products from the major brands with some of the best warranties in the industry.  Warranty information for each product can be found on the product description pages or on the manufacturer's websites.

If you have a warranty claim please use the following process. Be sure to include pictures and be descriptive.

Returns & Refunds

Returns require the original receipt, the product must be returned unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted.

Certain items such as chemicals, resin, holiday lights, custom orders, clearance items, and special order products are final sale. We can not return items that are financed, please contact the financing company.

Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery.

Any damage during shipping must be reported to Washco within 24 hours of delivery.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit, and other methods as listed on our website or in-store. All payments must be authorized and settled before order fulfillment. If an order is cancelled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method less any restocking fees as applicable under this policy.

Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, Washco reserves the right to cancel any order. If your payment has already been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law; Washco is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Washco Supplies, Hicroft Enterprises Inc., and our officers, employees, and agents against any claims, losses, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is the property of Washco or Hicroft Enterprises Inc. and is protected by Canadian and U.S. copyright law. You may copy and print content only for placing an order with Washco. Any other use is prohibited without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that province.

Changes to Terms

Washco reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
